The Rev. Dr. Christopher Benek is the lead clergy expert in the world on Artificial Intelligence. He is known internationally for his expertise regarding emerging technology and theology. Rev. Benek has previously served churches in Hopewell & Ridgewood New Jersey; Greenville, Ohio; Hilton Head Island, South Carolina and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He also presently serves as the Pastor & Head of Staff at First Miami Presbyterian Church. He holds degrees from Hiram College, Princeton Theological Seminary, Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, and he is currently enrolled at Durham University in the United Kingdom.
He is a graduate of the world’s first ever Doctor of Ministry program focusing specifically on Science and Theology. The program was envisioned with the help of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and implemented through Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.
